Yes, We offer a 10% discount to all schools on repairs and maintenance, oils and parts. New products we will quote. 

What types of finance do you offer?

We can have you pay the product off over 3 months while we hold it for you. Alternatively, you can use Q card, Gilrose finance or GEM, card in store.

Ask in store if we can offer any terms. Sometimes our suppliers have them and we can also offer terms depending on how much the finance company charges us.

Franick Outdoor Power Specialists provides a diverse range of high-quality outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, post hole borers and other landscaping tools. Our products are designed for optimal performance and ease of use, catering to both residential and commercial landscaping needs. We only sell quality product that you can get parts for. 

How can I ensure the proper maintenance of my outdoor power equipment?

Regular maintenance is essential for the longevity and efficiency of outdoor power equipment. It is recommended to service your equipment yearly, we can help with this by sending yearly reminders, booking you in for servicing on a day that suits, and if you do the work yourself, we can make you a service pack to take home. 

What is your return policy for purchased items?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as hazardous materials and opened consumables, are non-returnable.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing times.

You can also bring the item back to our store, and if approved we can refund to your card directly.

Do you offer warranties on your products?
