Your customer service is exceptional and I really have appreciated it. From the moment I rang with my enquiry, Francine was friendly and helpful and I felt valued from that first interaction.
I met Rick in person when he picked up my mower from my property, and his manner throughout was professional and respectful. I really appreciated Rick taking the time to explain issues with the mower, and approximate costs, and calling me to advise progress.
Good customer service isn’t always celebrated, however it really is noticed. I would recommend your business to anyone.
Most excitingly, not only was my mower fixed, she was cleaned and beautiful when she was dropped back - that was above and beyond and made me so happy. Thank you :)
